My name is Laura Voltolina

and my job is the most beautiful in the world: I teach Yoga.

I graduated from the four years school Yoga Ratna - the Yoga of Symbols
with Gabriella Cella. Besides this teacher training, I followed the teachings of several masters whom I am always very grateful to.
I specialized in postural integration and I attended the lectures held by
dr Reouma Bat Cohen - gynecologist and Yoga teacher.
In 2012 I trained at the Eu Pelvis school on perineal rehabilitation techniques and I completed a master course on Embodied Anatomy with dr Jader Tolja.
I’m also trained in Thai Yoga Massage.


My approach.

The mythical and symbolic worlds are integrated in the practice of Yoga as precious allies empowering a deep listening of the body and supporting the development of ones awareness. The approach is didactic, specific and meticulous and free from any dogma.
It entails an in depth analysis and experimentation. I have been leading Yoga courses and seminars on specific themes on a weekly basis for 17 years in and around Padova, in Italy and abroad, developing Yoga teaching paths through Body, Symbol and Myth.
I am also running special meetings for free divers, psychologists and dedicated classes for children and mothers to be.
For several years I have been teaching group courses at the Aism branch of Padova, designed for people affected by MS and I extensively collaborated with the a local health care services that tackles addiction (SerD) and with a rehabilitation Community dealing with addictions such as drugs, alcohol and pathological gambling in projects backing up therapies with Yoga.
KeYoga association is committed to arranging amazing yoga courses in retreats: Yoga Holidays during Summertime and yoga weekends all the year around.
I am registered with the Yoga Teachers Association.

To me, every day, yoga is awe.
